I would also like to remind you of the House Rules: 1.) Locals must communicate before booking 2.) NO PARTIES, Events, Birthdays, Bachelor parties, Bachelorette parties etc ! Excess noise is not permitted in my home. 3.) Quiet time between - 10 pm to 6 am 4.) Please notify me immediately in case anything breaks or there is any damage to property. 5.) Bookings within 24 hours of Checkin need to show Driving license. 6.) No Video Productions, Unless authorized 7.) ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is {6}. 8.) Visitors must be cleared with me before inviting them over. (for a max number of {8} people in my home at any one time). Violation of this could result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. 9.) This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the self-check-in instructions being provided through Airbnb messages or the house manual. Only registered guests may have possession of the Code at any time. 10.) If you have any complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing the complaint to Airbnb or me, you are authorizing me or a member of my team or property maintenance staff to access the property and fix the issue that you have with the property. Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property. Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises. 11.) Fees a.) No smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 per day fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit. b.) $50 late check-out fee if unauthorized for every hour Cost to replace needed items c.) Damage - 100% of cost plus any discounts/lost revenue due to inconvenience/cancellation of future bookings d.) For non-following of house rules leading to refunding or discounting the next guests, you will be responsible for payment e.) All guests are liable for any and all damage {to the building common areas,} including legal fees. 12.) No third party bookings 13.) Check out Rules a.) Lock door at checkout b.) Place all used dishes in the dishwasher. 14.) Please remove all footwear at the door of my suite. 15.) We are not responsible for any lost belongings or injuries on the property.
